Completed Works

During the first two years of its establishment, the company did not engage in any major works, with the exception of few consulting assignments, as the promoter was serving as the Project Manager for the construction of Royal Thimphu College (,  which is Bhutan’s first private university college established at an estimated cost of Nu. 680 million.

In the last four years, we have successfully completed the following landmark projects where we were engaged as “Project Management Consultant:”

Construction of a 5-star luxury hotel owned by M/s Bhutan Hotels Pvt. Ltd., which is one of the first FDI companies to be incorporated into the company’s act of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

The hotel construction is one of the largest private sector developments in the country with more than 150,000 sft of built-up area and completed at a cost of Nu. 800 Million. It has the distinction of being the largest hotel in the country today built to international standards with very high levels of fire and life safety standards, and is among few projects in Bhutan with HVAC systems, Building Management Systems, and its own water and sewage treatment plants.

The hotel was completed in less than four years and has established a new benchmark for construction standards, both in terms of quality and completion timelines, in Bhutan’s Construction Sector.

Construction of a retreat for elderly monks at Punakha, Bhutan, which is an initiative of His Holiness the Je Khenpo and sponsored by Tsao Foundation, Singapore. The project design has been developed by Tsao & McKown Architects, USA following the American Disabled Act and is pioneering old-age friendly design concepts in Bhutan.

We completed the construction of Mock-up unit in 2011 following which the project was up-scaled in 2013, and the project was successfully completed within the contract period and was consecrated by His Holiness the Je Khenpo on 9 September 2014.
